PUTTING YOU BACK INTO NURTURING
Hi, I’m Bethann.
My passion is reminding, encouraging, even nudging you to take care of yourself! I love being the one to help you remember to take time for you – to give yourself permission for some down time. And as a small business owner myself, I get that this isn’t an easy endeavor. But please continue reading and find out why these “luxury” self care measures are actually important and necessary – that finding avenues of pampering and nurturing can be actual life savers.
If you are a busy self employed woman, you simply can’t afford excess stress. Physical, emotional and mental stress all add up to unattained goals, decreased overall accomplishments, illness, and eventually MORE STRESS. And what does too much stress do?
I have some solutions for you!

My goal is to get you started on a regular nurturing and pampering plan. This includes daily, weekly and monthly things you need to do for yourself. Here is what I recommend:
Daily – 10 min to an hour of YOU TIME. A hot bath, meditation, a walk or other exercise, phone call with a friend, or your favorite show might all be ways you relax, pamper yourself, and unwind. So, what do you do every day, even for a few minutes, that’s for YOU?
Weekly – Take your daily nurturing habits and take them up a notch. Walk longer, sleep more, or enjoy a movie. What do you do that you love, that is great for just you?
Monthly – That’s where something out of the norm can come in – enter your Massage and Skin Therapist! (that’s me) Get a full-body massage, a facial, or a foot, hand and face treatment. Check out my menu by clicking the menu link.
You will find a menu of lots of different affordable “entrees” of your choosing. There’s even an “a la carte” type way of selecting your nurturing session.
So, I get it. Work. Career. Family. Household responsibilities. They often speak louder than that need you know you have to take care of yourself. But massage and relaxation are no longer luxuries. We now know that touch therapies such as a facial or a body scrub are major stress reducers. So, I’m reminding you to take time out for yourself. Now. I give you permission to put the YOU back into Nurturing.
